Agendas are the outline of our meetings! They help us stay organized, on track, and make sure we use our time effectively. Each agenda lists the topics we’ll be discussing and sets the structure for the meeting. We follow them closely so that everyone knows what to expect and has a chance to prepare. Be sure to read the agenda before the meeting to understand what will be covered and how you can participate!
General Members Meeting Minutes
All planning students are welcome to access our General Members Meeting minutes! These records are made publicly available so that everyone can stay informed about what TMAPS is working on. We believe in transparency and want students to understand the decisions we’re making and why. Most importantly, this is your chance to let us know what you think we should be doing, your input matters, and we’re here to listen.
TMAPS runs through Robert’s Rules. We strive towards transparency and publish our agendas and meeting minutes for you to read!

TMAPS meetings are open to all planning students! Whether you’re curious about what we’re working on, want to get involved, or just want to stay in the loop, you’re always welcome to attend. Our meetings are a space where your voice matters. Come share your ideas, give feedback, and help shape the direction of our student community.
To keep our meetings productive and respectful, we ask that all attendees follow a few simple guidelines:
Be respectful of everyone’s time and opinions.
Wait your turn to speak and avoid interrupting others.
If you’d like to bring up a topic for discussion, please submit an amendment to the agenda ahead of time so it can be reviewed and approved. Send amendments before the meeting starts here raps@torontomu.ca
